Khaos Studios is located in the historic district of Georgetown, just 5 minutes south of downtown Seattle.

Nested in the middle of an old 1910 hotel and adjoining live music venue, bar restaurant The Mix... makes this truly one of the most unique recording studios around. The first thing you'll notice is the comfortable, creative vibe and industrial feel. Our live room has a sound of it's own and some of the biz's top drummers have raved about the drum tones!

There is easy load in / load out access, nearby lodging and plenty of restaurants and bars.
